art gallery white color helpful advice rooftop pool
the lobby had beautiful art gallery decor. the white color scheme created a relaxing atmosphere. reception staff offered helpful advice to us! the location near massena walking street was very convenient. the rooftop pool added to the romantic feel.
the gym equipment looked a little old

nice stay
soft drinks thoughtful addition
The location was superb. It was convenient to everything. i particularly appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and the mini toblerone in the room's mini-bar. the rejuvenating eye pads at turndown service were a thoughtful addition. it was a first stay, and i will definitely return.
The temperature was not easily controlled in the room. It was sometimes too hot or too cold. water temperature in the shower was also difficult to adjust. these issues slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel features a rooftop outdoor swimming pool. This offers a fancy place to stay in summertime. an underground indoor swimming pool is also available. both spaces provide excellent relaxation options .

the room was spacious at 30 square meters it was also bright i found a welcome gift consisting of champagne macaroons nuts and chocolate the minibar soft drinks were complimentary and refilled as needed
the upholstered chairs in the elevators looked dirty they also was very worn out

strong smell dusty floor
The room wasn't ready at 3:00 pm. I had to insist to get it by 4:00 pm. the room smelled strongly of cleaning product. bathrobes were missing, too. the floor under the bed was dusty. It was quite disappointing.

the location is great. convenience to the airport and beach is a real plus. the comfort and design of the hotel are appealing. i appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and a mini toblerone in the room's mini-bar.
The room was slightly underwhelming. There was no chair and the tv wasn't easily visible from the bed.

poor air conditioning minimal natural light
the reception staff was helpful and provided good advice, a plus.
i ran into several issues . the air conditioning was insufficient, failing to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, this made sleeping difficult with street noise when windows were open. the room lacked natural light because it had only one small window facing an adjacent building.

breakfast included a good selection of options. macaroons were a nice touch in the room on arrival. the hotel is conveniently located with a tram stop outside. it provides easy access to and from the airport.
